From the checked work area to a sorted handover, each operational step follows a defined sequence.
The scope may include removal of non-load-bearing interior elements, approved fixtures, floor coverings, suspended components, built-in furniture and other clearly identified materials. Every item and interface is reviewed before work begins.
Projects can cover individual rooms, floors or defined zones in offices, hotels, retail premises, workshops, warehouses and production properties. Access, occupied areas and neighbouring operations are considered in the work plan.
Removed materials are sorted according to the agreed disposal or reuse concept and transferred to designated collection points. Waste transport and legal disposal responsibilities must be clearly assigned.
A combined package can include removal of loose residues and a rough construction clean so the area is ready for the following trade. The expected handover condition is agreed in writing.
Structural alterations, asbestos and other hazardous materials are not automatically included. Specialist work is only performed where the required expertise, approvals and responsibilities are demonstrably in place.
For an initial assessment, provide the location, drawings, photographs, quantities, access conditions, desired completion date and any existing survey or hazardous-material information.
