Location, scope and timing form the basis for team planning, sequencing and realistic costing.
A Trimova team handled 809 test weights with a total of approximately 16.1 tonnes. The work included transfer into the vehicle, protected positioning, redistribution after instruction and complete unloading after the test programme.
In another rail project, 1,323 test weights with a total of approximately 26.5 tonnes were moved around defined testing windows. Clear routes, staging areas and allocation of weight groups supported a traceable workflow.
Rail assignments have been delivered in locations including Karlsruhe, Chemnitz and Linz. Team size, access, shift windows, equipment and site contacts are agreed before mobilisation.
Trimova has supported interior and detail cleaning for new Stadler trams. The service covered approved vehicle areas and was organised by vehicle and required handover condition.
