Trimova is a dynamic service company specializing in manual heavy lifting, ballasting during vehicle tests, and industrial assembly support. We are growing and looking for hands-on colleagues to strengthen our on-site teams at industrial clients.
Important Note: We currently offer only positions on a mini-job basis (538€) or in flexible part-time. Full-time positions are currently not available. This is ideal for students, career changers, or as a side job.
Open Position 1: Foreman / Team Coordinator (m/f/d)
As a coordinator, you are the link between our industrial helpers and our clients' test engineers on-site (e.g., in the rail vehicle or automotive industry).
- Your Tasks: Leading the helper team on-site, communicating with site managers/testers, documenting the deployments, ensuring occupational safety (HSE).
- Your Profile: Natural leadership skills, reliability, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations. A Class B driver's license and very good German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Working Model: Mini-job or part-time.
Open Position 2: Industrial & Loading Helper (m/f/d)
Are you a real doer, physically fit, and not afraid to pitch in? Then you've come to the right place.
- Your Tasks: Physical support during vehicle tests. Loading and unloading test weights (e.g., 15-25kg sandbags), manual holding and carrying tasks in factory halls, general heavy lifting in a team.
- Your Profile: Absolutely physically resilient (heavy lifting), team player mentality, reliability, and punctuality. Basic understanding of occupational safety. Previous experience in logistics is a plus, but not a must (career changers welcome!).
- Working Model: Mini-job or part-time.
